Maintaining energy cost savings requires a solution that is both hard wired and soft wired. Our training and awareness services address both the technical solutions and the human element. New equipment, processes, and controls require specialized maintenance and operation, and worn components must be promptly and propery replaced in order to continue providing their intended optimal energy performance.
Many technologies that are designed to provide energy savings are also designed to “fail safe”. If a variable frequency drive trips, the system may respond by providing a constant volume flow, essentially robbing your system of its energy performance. In many cases it can be months or even years before these problems are identified.
