Energy Action Plan
An energy action plan addresses the implementation strategy for energy cost reduction projects. Priorities are assessed, and opportunities to incorporate efficiency improvements immediately in energy retrofit projects are tabled in our energy action plan.
Energy Retrofit projects can be bundled so fast payback items can be combined with the medium and longer term measures to produce the best energy retrofit portfolio. Many facility capital projects are often candidates for energy performance improvement. Project reviews, equipment efficiency specifications and tendering alternatives all provide an opportunity for reducing the total cost of ownership.
There is never a more cost effective time to apply an energy analysis than at the design and construction stage of a project.
